policy
Advance booking: book your session in advance to ensure availability. Appointments can be made directly through the website, by text message, WhatsApp or phone call. To hold your date, full payment is required.

Confirmation: once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your session details.
EXTRA TIME
policy
Session extension: If space allows in my schedule, your session can be extended. An additional charge applies for every extra 15 minutes, and should be paid during or directly after the session. If your transfer takes time to process, just send proof once it’s complete.

EMERGENCY
policy
Unforeseen Events: In case of an emergency that prevents you from meeting the requested rescheduling timeframe, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your situation!
PAYMENT
policy
Payment: full payment is due at the time of booking. When making the transfer, please include your name in the reference and send proof of payment before the session begins. Any extra time added to the session is payable immediately after it concludes.

Currency: All sessions are priced in Pound Sterling (GBP). If you're based abroad and need support with currency conversion, feel free to reach out — we’ll find a solution together!
RESCHEDULING
policy
Notice Period: please give at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Your full payment will be transferred to your new appointment.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
​
We Are All Equal: if I ever need to cancel within 12 hours, I will offer a £20 discount toward your rescheduled session — we are all equal in honoring each other's time.
